The recruitment process at Bharat Skills Eduvarsity (Central Council, Delhi- 110090) is designed to systematically prepare students for their transition into the professional world. Here is a detailed overview of the process:
1. Registration
– Mandatory Registration:Â Each final year student must register with the Placement Cell. This registration is free of charge and must be completed before the campus placement drives begin.
2. Campus Drive Schedule
– Bi-Annual Drives:Â Campus placement drives are held twice a year.
– First Drive:Â Between September to November.
– Second Drive:Â Between March to May.
3. Coordination with Companies
– Company Outreach:Â The Placement Cell contacts various companies to understand their recruitment needs and job profiles.
– Scheduling:Â The date and time for the campus drive are fixed based on mutual convenience between the companies and the Central Council.
4. Student Notification and Preparation
– Eligibility Notification:Â Eligible students who are interested in participating are informed about the upcoming placement drives.
– Job Profile Awareness:Â Students are made aware of the specific criteria and job profiles of the companies coming for the drive.
5. Pre-Placement Activities
– Mock Interviews:Â Simulated interviews to help students practice and improve their interviewing skills.
– Group Discussions: Practice sessions to enhance students’ articulation, critical thinking, and public speaking abilities.
– Aptitude Tests:Training and practice sessions to help students prepare for the written exams commonly part of the recruitment process.
6. Placement Day Facilities
– Infrastructure Support:Â The Placement Committee provides rooms equipped with LCD projectors and other necessary amenities to facilitate the recruitment process.
